# Content Calendar Setup

Find the redesigned Calendar, recurring posting slots, and scheduled-post controls.

Calendar is available in both Developer Platform and Content Studio. Open the navigation menu if the sidebar is hidden.

## Navigate to Calendar

1. Open [Calendar](https://my.blotato.com/calendar).
2. Use Previous week or Next week to select a week.
3. Select Today to return to the current week.
4. Select a time block to inspect its posts.

The calendar groups posts into time blocks. A block might contain posts for several destinations. Read each post's status instead of assuming everything in the calendar is still scheduled.

## Set Up Your Weekly Posting Schedule

1. Select Weekly schedule beneath the Calendar heading.
2. Review the Weekly posting schedule section.
3. Select Add slot.
4. Enter the time in your computer's local timezone.
5. Select the days.
6. Select the eligible accounts.
7. Select Create.

Slots supply times for posts submitted with Next free slot time. They do not publish content on their own or select a post's destination. Pick a time and Now do not require slots.

For account eligibility, see [Create Schedule](/web-app-features/content-calendar/create-schedule.md).

## Schedule a Post

1. Open [Content Studio > New Post](https://my.blotato.com/agent).
2. Review your draft.
3. Follow [Schedule Posts](/web-app-features/content-calendar/schedule-posts.md).
4. Verify the result in [Posts > Scheduled](https://my.blotato.com/posts?status=scheduled) or Calendar.

## Manage Existing Posts

Use [Posts](https://my.blotato.com/posts) to filter by All, Scheduled, Published, or Failed. Select a platform and time window to narrow the list.

### Edit Scheduled Post

Use Move to drafts on a scheduled post for content or media changes. This removes its schedule and opens the older Remix editor. Review the content and submit a new schedule when ready.

### Reschedule Scheduled Post

1. Open Posts > Scheduled.
2. Find the intended post.
3. Select Reschedule.
4. Choose the new date and time.
5. Select Save.
6. Verify the new time.

### Move Scheduled Post Back to Drafts

1. Open Posts > Scheduled.
2. Select Move to drafts on the intended post.
3. Read the confirmation.
4. Confirm only if you want to remove the schedule.
5. Blotato opens the post in [Remix](https://my.blotato.com/remix) for editing.
6. Submit a new schedule after reviewing the changes.

### Delete Scheduled Post

The redesigned Posts list offers Reschedule and Move to drafts for scheduled posts. Use Move to drafts to stop a scheduled publication while retaining its content. The previous Upcoming Posts bulk-delete instructions do not apply to this screen.

For an intentional schedule deletion through an integration, use the [Scheduled Posts API](/rest-api-reference/schedules.md).

See [Manage scheduled and failed posts](/web-app-features/content-calendar/tutorial.md) for outcome checks and troubleshooting.

## Viewing Published Posts

Open [Posts > Published](https://my.blotato.com/posts?status=published). Filter by platform and time window, then open the platform post to verify the result. Use [Analytics](/web-app-features/analytics.md) for engagement rankings.

## Troubleshooting Posts that Failed to Publish

Open [Posts > Failed](https://my.blotato.com/posts?status=failed). Read the error and check other destination results before retrying. Follow [publication outcome checks](/start-with-an-ai-agent/publishing-status.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.blotato.com/web-app-getting-started/calendar.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
