# Viral AI Coach

[Blotato's Viral AI Coach](https://my.blotato.com/labs/viral-coach) analyzes your draft tiktoks/reels/shorts and gives you specific actionable feedback to improve your videos and get more views!

## When to use the Viral AI Coach

Open Tools > Viral AI Coach from either Developer Platform or Content Studio. The upload screen accepts a video up to 100MB. This limit is specific to the coach, not the publishing uploader.

Use the Viral AI Coach when you want to:

* analyze your own video and get feedback to make it go viral
* score or rate your hook
* find out why your video is not getting views
* improve an existing TikTok, Reel, or Short before you post it

Upload your draft video at [Viral AI Coach](https://my.blotato.com/labs/viral-coach). The Viral AI Coach reviews your existing video and gives feedback. It does not create new videos. To generate a video, use [video templates](https://my.blotato.com/videos/new).

This is the tool I WISH I HAD when I first started making TikToks and Instagram Reels.

I promise it will teach you MORE than a $10,000 TikTok course.

Trained on many thousands of viral videos and hooks, AI analyzes your draft video's audio and visual content. Then, AI provides specific actionable feedback to improve your video to get more views, with special emphasis on your hooks, curiosity gap, and problem/benefit statement.

Here’s how the scorecard works…

It analyzes 5 distinct categories:

* your opening hook
* your pain and benefit hook (why should viewers keep watching)
* whether viewers can understand what's going on in your video if they have no sound playing
* information density after your hook
* emotional resonance and shareability of your video

Most importantly, AI analyzes your visuals and audio in order to give you brutally honest and specific actionable feedback to improve your opening hook and problem benefit statement.

That way, you can re-film the first 10 seconds of your video before posting it.

If you score below a certain threshold, AI will also generate 10 suggested hooks based on a database of over 1,000+ viral hooks I've curated from TikTok/Instagram. You can [grab these for FREE here](https://sabrinaramonov.notion.site/Viral-TikTok-Instagram-Hooks-113673112f9080838420d30c080f5f42?pvs=74), by the way.

The sad reality?

If your hook is weak, viewers will scroll right past your amazing content (and probably watch clickbait brainrot instead).

I recently listened to an Alex Hormozi podcast where he talked about spending 95% of his time/energy into perfecting the hook. Whether it's text, audio, or video content, your hook is the most important central piece.

Last, the Blotato Viral AI Coach also researches hashtags, breaking them down into 3 primary broad hashtags and 2 secondary niche hashtags for discovery. Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook all perform best with a maximum of 5 hashtags. More than 5 reduces your reach. You don't need hashtags on other platforms.

## FAQ

* Viral AI Coach is included in all paid plans with unlimited use.
* Viral AI Coach does not use any credits.
* On the free trial, you will see a limited view of the Viral AI Coach scorecard. Upgrade to a paid subscription to unlock the full Viral AI Coach scorecard.
* The viral AI coach currently doesn't save all your past scorecards, so if you navigate away or refresh the page, you'll just see the screen to upload your video. It's a brand new experimental feature, and if it gets more usage, I'll definitely improve it with persistent scorecards.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.blotato.com/web-app-features/viral-ai-coach.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
